Car-olina Car Service is a prearranged private car airport transportation service, primarily catering to the Lake Norman Lake communities traveling to or from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). We also provide transportation to Concord Regional Airport (JQF) and Statesville Regional Airport (SVH). Since our establishment in 2014, we have been dedicated to delivering a 'Black Car' customer experience every time you ride with us. We strive to ensure a reliable, clean, safe, and comfortable ride, all at rates significantly lower than traditional taxi or executive car/limo services.

REGULAR TRANSPORTATION OPERATING HOURS:

Monday - Saturday: 5:00 AM through 10:30 PM.

(Early morning pick-ups before 5:00 AM are subject to a minimum $20.00 service charge.)

Sunday: NOON through 10:30 PM.

We are closed Sunday mornings.

Your one-way flat rate fare is quoted point to point, excluding the driver's gratuity. This price covers up to 2 passengers with one carry-on and one checked bag under 32 inches each, plus an arm bag or backpack.

Child booster seats are available upon request for $10.00 each. You can store your child's car seat at no additional charge.

At an additional charge: extra passengers, additional or heavy luggage, medical devices, mobility aids, recreational items (such as golf club bags), extra stops, and pets.

We do not charge for service animals with verification of license; however, we need to know in advance as two of our drivers are severely allergic, and the car will need to be cleaned immediately after your drop-off.

We accept all major credit cards or cash. Credit card information is collected in advance to secure your first ride with your reservation. We use SQUARE for card processing, ensuring your confidential information is encrypted and held for future travel.

Your trip is not charged until your one-way service is completed. 😊

Inbound flights are tracked by your driver. To reduce any potential confusion, please send a text message identifying the date of your return, your flight carrier, flight number, and estimated time of arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that life happens, but our drivers rely on the opportunity to provide transportation for you to earn a bit of money and have set aside that time for you. If you need to cancel your existing reservation, we hope you understand that a fee will apply as follows:

100% — No Show or Driver is en route

50% — less than 24 hours

Car-olina Car Service is not an on-demand service, so when a reservation is cancelled, that spot remains vacant. The fee helps to cover the driver’s loss.
